Here’s a few measures we are taking to help prevent the spread of Covid-19: 

• We will wear face-masks or face-coverings, shoe coverings, and disposal gloves on any properties we visit.

• We will refrain from touching any surfaces or items on the property during the duration of our visit.

• We will sanitize all our equipment before and after each appointment.

• We will not use any washroom facilities.

What we require from our clients:

• Lockbox access to properties or for clients to meet our team at the property and wait onsite at a safe distance.

• Any property being photographed to be vacated 60 minutes before our scheduled visit.

• For clients to clean and disinfect their property as best as possible prior our arrival.

• Properties to have all lights on, toilet seats down, and personal belongings put away.
