Here’s a few measures we are taking to help prevent the spread of Covid-19:
We will wear face-masks or face-coverings, shoe coverings, and disposal gloves on any properties we visit.
We will refrain from touching any surfaces or items on the property during the duration of our visit.
We will sanitize all our equipment before and after each appointment.
We will not use any washroom facilities.
What we require from our clients:
Lockbox access to properties or for clients to meet our team at the property and wait onsite at a safe distance.
Any property being photographed to be vacated 60 minutes before our scheduled visit.
For clients to clean and disinfect their property as best as possible prior our arrival.
Properties to have all lights on, toilet seats down, and personal belongings put away.
